Degree Navigator Resources for Academic Departments

Academic departments and schools use Degree Navigator to communicate approved undergraduate program requirements and help students and advisors monitor progress toward degree completion.

Degree Navigator programming reflects curriculum that has already completed the appropriate school and university approval process. Curriculum proposals and approvals are managed through the appropriate school or university curriculum process and are not submitted through the Degree Navigator website.

Degree Navigator Update Windows

Degree Navigator programming is completed during established update periods each academic year. Departments should plan approved curriculum and program changes around these windows whenever possible.

Corrections to Existing Degree Navigator Programming

If Degree Navigator does not accurately reflect an already approved program requirement, the issue should be reported for review. Corrections to existing programming are different from new curriculum changes and may be addressed outside a regular update window when necessary.
